Take a break from brewing with cardboard rectangles to brew some tasty treats on this MtG themed end-grain cutting board! Made in the end-grain style, this double sided board will resist damage from use and be less dulling on your knives, so you can use it for years to come. It has a cherry wood base with CNC carved walnut inlays of the mana symbols and logo from Magic: The Gathering. The logo side of the board includes a juice groove to contain any mess from carving meats or other dripping ingredients. The mana side is kept flat to provide increased working area and makes for an excellent serving platter as well as a cutting surface. The board measures 16" by 12" by 1.25".
Care Instructions: Like all end-grain cutting boards, this board should be oiled regularly to maintain its appearance and physical strength. Use a food-grade mineral oil or a butcher block/salad bowl conditioner for best result (These should be easily obtained from a hardware store or online). Do no leave soaking in water or put in dishwasher, as this may lead to warping or cracking. After washing it is best to leave it standing on edge to air dry, preventing moisture from being trapped beneath it.
