This is a clock! It is made of wood, acrylic, and clock parts. The chronomancers' guild refuses to tell me their secrets but I think there's like gears and stuff inside it? This clock is based on the increasingly deranged LoadingReadyRun series of vintage TV skits centered around the fictional cable access channel CFU"T. It requires a AA battery, which is not including for Shipping Reasons. I guess if you just want it to be Time for Crab at all times though you can just... not put in a battery?
