| Giveaway Description | This lovingly created cross stitch is inspired by Studio Ghibli's "Howl's Moving Castle". Patterned after one of the most iconic and emotional scenes in the movie, it depicts the characters Sophie and Calcifer as they free each other from their respective curses. This piece was done using 14 count Aida cloth and DMC thread. The fully stitched cloth measures at 15"x12" and fully framed is 19"x14". The work itself has over 35,000 stitches and uses over 60 different coloured threads, including a little extra sparkle woven within Calcifer. Over 200 hours were put into it's creation. It has been washed, ironed and professionally framed so it's ready to hang over your Studio Ghibli movie collection! | |
